Ana Pirih - Morning yoga

9:00 - 10:00

Class will be led in English language.

About the teacher:

Ana is a nature enthusiast and creative being always in search of new ideas to create projects for children, yoga classes, or to play with words for events she is hosting. She is also an avid explorer of nature inside of ourselves - mind, emotions, energy, and the connection between emotion memory and the body.

About the class:

The easiest way to describe this class would be a gentle play of movement and breath. Ana will try to keep it simple yet playful in the flow of the session. To make the body soft and breath full, kind of like opening the windows in the morning to let in the fresh air. All levels are welcome to join.

Suitable for:

Yogis of all levels

Lovro Čampa: Yoga Vini

10:30 - 11:30

Class will be led in Slovenian language.

About the teacher:

Lovro met with yoga after an injury caused by the sports he practiced. After many visits to the doctor and unsuccessful treatments, he came across yoga and soon felt its healing power and its influence on the body, mind, and soul. He decided to deepen his practice in Rishikesh in the ashram of his teacher Vini. There he completed a yoga teacher training for a Yoga Vini method, based on a tradition of Hatha yoga.

About the class:

Lovro’s class is based on a Yoga Vini method, which is a safe and healing method, suitable for anyone - a beginner as well as more advanced yogis. Its basis is a detailed knowledge of the spine, which is the center of the movement and a prerequisite for a healthy body. The class is all about safety, easiness, and health, which are always of paramount importance in Lovro’s classes.

Suitable for:

Yogis of all levels / people with spine problems

Maja Dakskobler - Vinyasa Flow

12:00 - 13:00

Class will be led in English language.

About the teacher:

Maja started her yoga path around the vinyasa flow style with a pinch of ashtanga yoga here and there. Lately, her practice started to evolve and melt into the concept of slowing down, listening to her heart, and simply being enough just as you are.

About the class:

It’s gonna be physical. Or not. Depends on you. You can dive into a 50-minutes-child-pose or do all the headstands. As long as you follow the rhythm of your breath and the voice inside your chest, you are good. You are enough.

Suitable for:

Those who wish for a more physical class but also know how to listen to their bodies and take a break if they need it.

Stephanie Neumann - Healing Yoga

15:00 - 16:00

Class will be led in English language.

About the teacher:

Stephanie is the founder of Happie Haus and Yoga for Cancer. The former fashion journalist got diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018. Thanks to her regular yoga practice, she was able to recover quickly from surgery and treatments, and decided to dedicate her life fully to yoga. With Yoga for Cancer, she hosts and organizes yoga charity events to support cancer organisation worldwide through donations.

About the class:

This yoga class fits the needs of cancer patients during and after chemotherapy. Addressing common side effects such as fatigue, lymphedema, and bone loss, it is vinyasa-based but comes with many clever modifications to provide safe practice for everyone. Prepare at least two yoga blocks (or similar), a bolster (or a pillow), and a blanket. If you just had surgery, check with your doctor if you are allowed to exercise.

Suitable for:

People recovering from cancer and anyone else in need of a gentle, healing practice.

Sarah Elsing - YIN yoga

16:30 - 17:30

Class will be led in English language.

About the teacher:

Sarah Elsing is a journalist, writer and yoga teacher specialized to help people reconnect with their inner jewel and grow into their full creative potential. She combines what she loves and helped herself most in times of crisis: movement, meditation, mindful writing, creative practices and a good dose of optimism and self-love.

About the class:

A session of Yin Yoga and mindful writing for more self-compassion in your daily life. During a sequence of grounding Yin poses you will contemplate on a number of impulse questions and write down what came up for you. After the class you will find the first steps of your personal roadmap how to feel better on the paper just in front of you. Something you can always turn to when things get difficult.

Suitable for:

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise,  with asanas that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Suitable for all levels.

Maja Ranogajec - Vinyasa Flow

18:00 - 19:00

Class will be led in Croatian language.

About the teacher:

Maja is a RYT 500 teacher based in Zagreb, Croatia. As a former dancer, she loves movement, so naturally, she fell in love with ashtanga vinyasa and vinyasa yoga. There is a finesse technique behind the practice which makes yoga the ultimate tool for health and self-empowerment. When in Zagreb you can attend her classes in her Studio Finesa at 2 different locations.

About the class:

The breath is at the root - the body simply follows. The elegance and easiness of an advanced yogi is not in the complexity of an asana that is performed rather in the steadiness of the breath which allows the body to fully open up and flow. Moving with the breath is the key to safe and fulfilling practice in any yoga style, especially vinyasa. This class is dynamic and yet soothing at the end, perfectly balancing both yin and yang.

Suitable for:

Those seeking a more physically challenging practice.

Katarina Tavčar Možina is a dreamer, a lover, and someone who believes in the magic of rest. Besides being a yoga teacher and a lover of words, Katarina continues on being a student, dedicating her time to diving deep into Yoga Nidra, yoga for women’s health, Tantra yoga, and Sanskrit.

About the class:

This is a slow flow + nidra practice for your soul. A practice of slowing down with some simple yet delicious movements, step by step releasing into gravity, into the embrace of the Earth, and eventually coming to a place of total stillness to come back home to ourselves through the practice of yoga nidra.

Suitable for:

Those who wish to find a state of deep relaxation. All levels welcome.
